SCS SB 466 -- SHERIFF'S FEES

This bill repeals several obsolete provisions regarding court
costs assessed to defendants for the payment of sheriff's fees.
The provisions were omitted from a bill enacted in 2000 which
revised the way all court costs are assessed, collected, and
dispersed.
